Monroe Bank & Trust was a true community bank, locally-owned and operated since it was founded in 1858. It was also one of the country's most successful banks of its type. A key to MB&T's effectiveness in owning market share was its commitment to providing customers with exceptional service, real value and a legitimate community connection. Innovative product development was also extremely important. Continually conveying this was a primary strategy of its marketing initiatives.
How I’ve Helped Them:
